An extra set of caring ears

Friendly conversation can sometimes bring up something that does not sound right.

If a Companion hears a possible concern during a call, they can submit a factual note to an ENAF supervisor for review.

When appropriate, and when the member has approved a trusted contact, a supervisor may send that person a simple text asking them to check in.

ENAF is not an emergency service, law-enforcement agency, financial advisor, or guaranteed scam-prevention service. If there is immediate danger, hang up and call 911.
